“After years of misdiagnosis and stigma, I made it my mission not only to create practical solutions for Hidradenitis Suppurativa but also to raise awareness. As a Black woman, I know firsthand that misdiagnosis of rare conditions is far more common in our communities. Through Relieve, I want to help bridge that gap — by increasing representation, showing how HS looks on different skin tones, and empowering faster, more accurate diagnoses. Because early recognition is key to managing this condition and reclaiming comfort.”
